An excellent role on offer for a Maintenance Supervisor looking to join a global company where you will undergo excellent training and development, whilst progressing to become the Maintenance Manager.

Do you have a degree in any engineering discipline? Have you got experience managing or supervising within a manufacturing environment? Have you got a process engineering and / or continuous improvement background?

This award-winning manufacturer operate in the FMCG industry where they supply food solutions to the retail and food service sectors. They have excellent reputation within the industry and are known to look after their staff. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join their expert team.

In this role you will work the day shift to lead, supervise and direct a team of 5 skilled trades personnel. You will play an important role on reliability and continuous improvement tasks, whilst planning preventative maintenance schedules. You will receive excellent training and development to become an expert in this industry.

This role would ideally suit a Maintenance Supervisor from the food and beverage sector, who is looking for fantastic training and development, whilst progressing to a Maintenance Manager.
