Position Overview :

The Marketing Director will lead Nuda Sunless’ marketing strategy, creative direction, and brand positioning. Working directly with the two co-founders, this role demands a hands-on leader who can manage strategy and execution simultaneously. You'll drive all marketing efforts, manage and inspire a team of 3 managers, and ensure Nuda Sunless continues to grow as a recognized leader in the beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic & Tactical Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand growth, awareness, and customer loyalty.
  • Operational Execution : Execute campaigns, build processes, and establish streamlined workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and inspire a team of 3 managers across digital marketing, brand and visual, and awareness and communication, while personally overseeing trade marketing and product development responsibilities.
  • Collaborative Partnership : Work closely with the co-founders to align marketing strategies with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Campaign Management : Build and execute collaborative strategies with the Digital Marketing, Brand and Visual, and Awareness and Communication teams, while directly managing trade marketing and product development to ensure consistent brand messaging and unified campaigns.
  • Creative Direction : Oversee creative development, ensuring innovative and visually consistent branding across all touchpoints.
  • Product Launches : Spearhead product launches, campaigns, and brand activations that captivate and engage our target audience.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making : Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Budget Management : Allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring strong ROI on all campaigns.
  • Growth Opportunities : Identify and execute opportunities across multiple channels (digital, retail, influencer marketing, etc.).
  • Partnerships : Foster collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Culture Building : Cultivate a culture of creativity, innovation, and execution within the marketing team.

What You Bring :

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in the beauty, skincare, or consumer goods sector (startup experience is a strong asset).
  • A creative and resourceful mindset with the ability to think outside the box and execute bold campaigns.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills; ability to mentor and inspire.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and customer acquisition.
  • Experience overseeing creative direction and maintaining a cohesive brand image.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with both founders and team members.
  • A results-driven approach with a knack for analyzing and acting on key marketing metrics.
  • Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
