Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and passionate Spa Coordinator to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on the services and products we offer, and contribute to the growth of our med spa. Responsibilities :

To answer incoming calls, sharing the brand mission and booking in clients.
To confirm upcoming appointments, ensuring contraindications are discussed and understood.
To answer customer inquiries efficiently.
To upsell clients ethically for a better client experience.
To diffuse client conflict situations and find appropriate resolution.
Outbound reach outs to prospecting clients VIA social media accounts.
Outbound calls for business to business collaborations.
To follow sales and collaboration leads to completion.
Rebook clients for their treatment plans.
Obtain Google Reviews.
Manage the flow of the day by guiding estheticians to rooms and helping flip and reset treatment rooms and supplies.
Capture important moments of the day on social media stories.
To communicate FAQ by clients to the marketing team.
To enforce Starlight cancellation policies.

Qualifications :

Customer service experience of at least 2 years.

Previous experience in a spa, med spa, or dermatology clinic preferred.

Extraverted and warm personality.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude.

Sales experience and the ability to meet retail goals is a plus.

Passionate about skincare and committed to ongoing professional development.
