Skills

For this role, you might have :

  • 7+ years B2B experience in SaaS marketing roles with at least 3 years in leadership or management roles at 8-figure ARR companies
  • Experience creating strategic marketing plans to support key business objectives
  • Hands-on experience developing and scaling demand generation and marketing programs in growth environments; experience in ABM is an asset
  • Experience implementing and using modern marketing automation and demand generation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, ABM platforms)
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, establishing KPIs, generating insights, and optimizing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to build a team through recruitment, hiring, mentorship, and retention of strong marketing talent
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with the sales and product teams
  • Experience owning a pipeline quota, driving measurable outputs, and managing marketing budgets
  • History of launching products in new verticals or markets
  • What You Will Be Doing

    Demand Generation

  • Own and execute our demand generation strategies focused on target prospects through ABM
  • Create marketing messaging that attracts prospects and drives urgency
  • Develop and scale multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads
  • Align demand generation strategies to sales team to ensure effective account engagement and revenue generation
  • Brand and Messaging

  • Maintain and elevate our brand positioning to clearly communicate value
  • Communicate and market to existing customers to drive engagement, referrals, and product adoption
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Support customer communication from all internal teams
  • Collaboration and Alliances

  • Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition to the sales team and develop tools that support the selling process
  • Support go-to-market partnerships and relevant channel alliances
  • Work with external partners and vendors to facilitate marketing programs
  • Business and Team Leadership

  • Develop and own overall marketing strategy plus KPIs ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
  • Foster a team environment of value, trust, and growth
  • Coordinate between sales, engagement, product, services, and support team members
  • Competently manage roadblocks and decision making
  • Develop and monitor budgets to ensure the most efficient allocation of resources
  • Travel as required within Canada and the US to meet clients and attend events
  • Compensation

    The starting salary band for this role is $110,000-$125,000. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role. Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and do not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
