Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative (Personal lines).

You will be a primary point of contact for clients and a key part of your role will be to assist with growing our personal lines insurance block (home and auto). As a key point of contact for our clients, you will provide expert advice, sell tailored solutions, and deliver top-notch service to new clients as well as existing policyholders.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a dynamic team environment, and is dedicated to achieving personal and team goals.

Experience in personal lines is required.  We believe in and foster an environment of learning and growing.  While your primary role will be in personal lines, you will have the opportunity to continue to build and expand your knowledge in other product lines (e.g. commercial, life & health, etc), obtain professional designations (e.g. CIP, CFP, etc), and learn from the other team members and their year of experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, provide personalized solutions, and offer expert guidance on personal lines insurance products.
• Sales and Service : Attract new clients and cross-sell additional products (or uncover additional product opportunities) to existing clients. Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Accountability for Results : Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Take ownership of your results and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Client Retention : Handle renewals and policy changes for existing clients, ensuring they continue to receive the best possible coverage to meet their needs.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to team objectives, and maintain a positive, supportive team environment.
• Tough Conversations : Confidently manage difficult conversations regarding claims, premiums, or coverage changes, maintaining professionalism and empathy while finding the best solutions for clients.
• Compliance : Ensure all interactions and transactions are in line with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

Compensation :

50,000 - $80,000 / year total direct compensation (salary plus bonus), employer-paid group benefits.
