Job description

The AZ Driver will be responsible for operating equipment related to the position including box trucks van trailers vacuum units

Main Responsibilities :

  • Follow the operations manual for the assigned position
  • Implement Regulation 347 and Transportation of Dangerous Good (TDG) policies as presented
  • Completes all paperwork including manifests drivers log and any other reports as may be required
  • Complete dispatched task in an efficient and timely manner
  • Communicates to competent persons any abnormalities or faulty situations in regards to the process product machine equipment workplace or other
  • Wear safety personal protective equipment as required for this position work safely and observes all safety procedures

Qualifications :

Knowledge Skills and Requirements :

  • Grade 12 diploma
  • Must be able to read write and count
  • Experience on paperwork such as : drivers manifest of disposal loads time sheets and preparation
  • Clean driving record
  • AZ License
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Mechanical aptitudes
  • Organized and must be able to work with established procedures guidelines and under immediate supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Team work oriented
  • Ability to pass a criminal record check and driving test

    • Work Environment :

    Permanent position offered on a fulltime basis.
