Position Summary :
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the Sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, drive business growth, and foster strong customer relationships. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market expansion. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in contributing to the overall profitability and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Stage products and services, including windows, patio doors, and entry doors; including a strong knowledge of operations / functionalities, typical installations, accessories, and performances.
- Develop knowledge level to perform dog and pony shows at customer’s locations and or at the Factory training facility.
- Acquire extensive production process knowledge to be able to conduct plant tours with customers.
- Acquire in depth knowledge of Fenevision system to be able to create quotes for customers as well as train customers on how to use and set up Fenevision.
- Develop and execute sales strategy for Stage, aligning with the Company’s strategic goals.
- Develop annual budget with the President.
- Analyse sales and investigate on variances on a weekly basis.
- Manage the portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships with distributors and dealers, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Report weekly to President.
- Establish schedules for client meetings at their locations and at the factory.
- Visit periodically clients and report on status of activities, follow up with teams at the factory and provide feedback or follow ups to customers.
- Ensure customers have the showrooms in order and proper samples and literature displayed.
- Develop and execute proper onboarding process for new customers from training on product, Stage sales process and systems.
- Developing a strong understanding of Stage internal systems, including Fenevision with confidence to conduct training sessions and field inquiries from stakeholders.
- Creating, managing, and optimizing budgets to ensure profitability, promotions, marketing initiatives, and sales strategies are effectively executed with a focus on ROI; Partnering closely with the Finance team to obtain information on costs and profitability to evaluate gaps and manage sales function effectively.
- Staying informed of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales, marketing, and management strategies accordingly.
- Collaborating with all other functional teams to align support ensuring cohesive marketing plans, Fenevision training for customers, coordination of internal resources, and effective promotional campaigns.
- Gathering and analyzing customer insights, feedback and data to identify client needs, preferences and pain points, and utilizing this information to drive customer-centric marketing, sales, and management strategies.
Education & Experience :
Master’s or any equivalent degree in Sales and Marketing.Minimum 5 years of Sales experience; Windows industry experience will be preferred.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Negotiation and resolution skills.Experience in promotions and marketing will be considered an asset.Why Stage Windows & Doors?
