Job description

As a member of the distribution center team, the system coordinator provides support and planning for systems related to customer and carrier requests, as well as other Groupe Robert departments.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 3 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m.

Your responsibilities will be as follows :

  • Coordinate communications between operations and stakeholders;
  • Plan demand scheduling in relation to shipments and goods-in according to crane availability;
  • Manage and document system errors with the maintenance team;
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to the various parties involved;
  • Plan order releases that correspond to the system;
  • Guide and assist carriers in making appointments;
  • Communicate with customers in the event of problems;
  • Validate and question compliance of new customer requests according to contractual agreements;
  • Update information in systems according to customer requests;
  • Create the necessary documentation related to the receipt and dispatch of merchandise;
  • Ensure and apply industry quality standards;
  • Any other job-related duties.

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have :

  • DEC in a relevant discipline;
  • One to two years' similar experience required;
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);
  • Experience with customer service;
  • Bilingualism required (spoken and written);
  • Able to carry out several mandates at the same time (Versatility);
  • Organizational skills;
  • Able to manage priorities in a high-pressure environment.
