Your mission
As the second Account Exec in the North American Market, you will play a key role in helping us continue to snowball our success and be a huge part of our early journey. With strong inbound and traction already within NA and huge potential for outbound, we see the NA team expanding rapidly.
More than just a sales role, you will be responsible for driving sales in NA, but you will also have a chance to shape the future of AutoRFP.ai, supporting the sales function into one of the most respected in NA as we continue to scale rapidly.

As an Account Executive at AutoRFP.ai, you will :
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, educate them about AutoRFP.ai, and get them excited about the product.
- Provide online demonstrations to prospects across the NA, LATAM & occasional EU region.
- Work across segments, from small business to assisting with enterprise RFPs.
- Qualify leads through conversations with decision-makers such as Heads of Sales at other SaaS Companies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closed deal.
- Collaborate with the Co-Founders to refine sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on prospect conversations to help shape the product roadmap.
- Generate demo bookings using proactive outbound prospecting.
- Have a hunter mindset with 30-50% of your pipeline generated via efficient outbound prospecting.
- Become an expert on our product and the competitive landscape.
Our ideal Account Executive will have :
2+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, in B2B SaaS.First-hand experience dealing with Security Questionnaires or RFPsA customer-focused mindset in all aspects of their work.A demonstrated ability to work hard remotely and in-office.Has carried quotas in previous roles and can point to achieving quotas.Good analytical skills for sales strategy and problem resolution.A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about AI.Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.Why join the team at AutoRFP.ai?

We have an office in downtown Vancouver where you will work at least 4 days in office per week but we are flexible around appointments etc. We provide standing desks, brand new M3 Macs, 49" Ultra Wide monitors and licences to just about any AI tool you can find.
Compensation :
The compensation range for this role is $150k - $250k CAD On-Target Earnings (base + commission), depending on experience and location.Uncapped commission
