Office Supervisor warehouse support

Our distribution center in Longueuil is looking for an Office Supervisor warehouse support.

Your role is to ensure the smooth operation of activities related to billing (rebilling) credits purchasing programs purchase costing delay verifications and verification of transportation costs / billing ensuring they are done efficiently.

Supervising the Customer Service department is also part of the daily management responsibilities of this position.

Your main responsibilities :

• Organize review and supervise the effective implementation of corporate procedures and policies.
• Participate in the development of continuous improvement of processes and policies and their impacts on entities (distribution center and stores).
• Participate in the budgeting process analyses and other projects.
• Organize supervise and train a team of Customer Service agents to handle customer requests.
• Evaluate the teams performance and ensure good communication with customers.
