Job description
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor - Distributors, the Customer Service Agent's main responsibilities are to :
- Answer requests and questions from various customers in both official languages, French and English.
- Take customer orders via telephone or website and enter them into the system.
- Ensure appropriate follow-up with the team and customers by telephone and / or in writing.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing courteous, respectful and efficient service.
- Follow up with customers and find solutions when there are returns, complaints, etc.
- Any other related duties.

Education and accreditations :
College diploma in administrative techniques or any other combination of education and experience deemed relevant.Type of experience required :
1 to 2 years' experience in a customer service department in a similar position.Special skills :
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and writtenComputer skills and familiarity with the Windows and Office 365 environmentExcellent multi-tasking skillsStrong communication skills and commitment to quality customer serviceTeam-orientedERP system experience (SAP experience a plus)What can we offer?
