We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect for government projects in the US.You will be responsible for leading the requirements-gathering process, defining how Salesforce capabilities will meet business needs, and recommending best practices based on your expertise.

Key Responsibilities :
- Build strong relationships with business and tech leaders to drive strategic decisions.
- Lead the development of customer-centric adoption strategies.
- Deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance customer value.
- Prepare RFP responses, lead demonstrations, and drive new business opportunities.
- Guide large-scale Salesforce transformations, ensuring successful long-term engagement.
Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Customer Success, and Consulting, with a focus on Salesforce.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Salesforce transformations and large delivery teams.
- Expertise in customer engagement strategy, working with cross-functional teams like Strategy & Ops, Sales, and Engineering.
- Experience with contact center and event management systems, as well as integrations with enterprise platforms.
- Experience with Genesys PureConnect and conducting phase 0 / blueprint activities.
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications are a plus.
