Ready to play a key role in Ottawa’s vibrant business scene? TAG HR is partnering with the Ottawa Board of Trade (OBOT) to find their next Executive Assistant to CEO. In this role, you’ll support OBOT’s CEO, manage key projects, and help drive initiatives that connect business leaders across Ottawa. Keep reading to learn more about this full-time on-site position.Salary : $60,000-$70,000About youTo succeed in this role, you will need : 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior support roleProven record building relationships with stakeholders at all levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management toolsEvent planning or marketing experience is an assetKnowledge of Ottawa’s business community is an assetAbout the roleIf hired, you will : Manage the CEO’s calendar and correspondence (email and phone)Organize meeting prep, minutes, and follow-up actionsPlan and coordinate networking events and award ceremoniesTrack project goals, timelines, progress, and risksServe as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholdersCreate reports, presentations, and content for publications, surveys, and awardsResearch business trends and prepare strategic briefsProvide logistical support and events reporting analysisNot sure if you're the right fit or have questions about the role?
