We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team!

You will play an important role in planning, coordinating and executing the day to day email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast paced environment.

More specifically, you will :

  • Manage email campaign creation (brief set up, copy, design coordination).
  • Manage email scheduling.
  • Manage email lists and segmentation.
  • Run a / b tests to optimize performance of existing email campaigns.
  • Analyze performance across email flows and campaigns to improve KPIs and recommend new opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements :

  • 2+ year of experience in email marketing and ecommerce.
  • Experience using Klaviyo. (must-have)
  • Experience with SMS a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and measuring campaign performance.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Marketing certificate or degree is a plus.
  • Strong command and understanding of email marketing KPIs, metrics and technology
