Description

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.
  • Lead, inspire, and support the front-of-house (FOH) team in delivering exceptional service aligned with company's ethos.
  • Provide on-the-floor leadership during service, including guest engagement, staff support, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct regular staff training to enhance product knowledge, service standards, and team morale.

2. Operational Oversight

  • Coordinate with kitchen and beverage teams to ensure smooth service execution and efficiency.
  • Manage FOH staff schedules, time-off requests, and shift assignments, balancing team needs with operational demands.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as local regulations.
  • 3. Guest Relations

  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with guests to deliver personalized and memorable dining experiences.
  • Address guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain an active presence on the floor, engaging with guests and embodying the restaurant’s values.
  • 4. Strategic Planning

  • Assist the General Manager in setting and implementing short- and long-term goals.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance the company's reputation and guest loyalty.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations for staff.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an elevated or fine-dining establishment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to team and guest engagement.
