Jiffy Lube is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Service Technician

Position : Automotive Service Technician

Terms of Employment : Full-time, Permanent

Wage : $33.65 - $37.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions : 1

Work Location : Unit 110, 805 Boyd Street, New Westminster, BC V3M 5X2

Benefits : 4% vacation pay

Job Duties :

Inspect motors in operation and test motor vehicles as well as their systems and components
Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
Perform scheduled maintenance service
Adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer’s specifications
Report and record problems and work performed
Provide customers with information about the services performed and upcoming repairs
Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor

Job Requirements :

Experience : Completion of a four-year automotive service technician apprenticeship program or 3-5 years of work experience in automotive technology

Education : Completion of secondary school
