Job Description :

The CNC Router Operator / Programmer is someone who has a passion for Making and Creating. Someone who enjoys to work with their hands on custom projects for all of our customers. They are responsible for taking blueprints and turning them into reality and ensuring the products that they make exceed all customer expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Create CNC Cutting Programs based from Engineering drawings
  • Operate the CNC Machine to fabricate all components from the following materials :

a. Plastic

b. Fiberglass

c. Wood

d. Rubber

e. Glass Fabric

f. Cardboard

g. Aluminum

  • Fabricate molds from various materials
  • Setup Jigs, Fixtures and Parts to be made
  • Work in compliance with Engineering and Quality requirements
  • Support safety program by helping to maintain a clean work environment, clear workspaces of trip, slip or fall hazards
  • Organize tools, equipment and materials
  • Perform equipment preventative maintenance
  • Other duties as required

    • Qualifications :

  • Education : Highschool Diploma or College Degree in a trade.
  • Ideally, 2 plus years working experience working with CNC machines
  • Good mechanical aptitude, basic math skills required : read tape measure, read blueprints, calipers, fractions and decimals
  • Takes pride in work
  • Physical requirements : lift up to 25-50lbs
