This is with one of our Banking client.
Daily Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage project action items to ensure timely completion, maintaining a clear record of progress and follow-ups.
- Create and distribute communication materials to inform and update end users on project developments, deadlines, and relevant information.
- Engage and interact with end users, responding to their inquiries and providing guidance based on project needs and updates.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process descriptions and flowcharts, to streamline project activities and improve workflow clarity.
Must-Have Skills :
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification : A proven credential demonstrating expertise in project management practices and methodologies.
- Data Manipulation and Database Knowledge : Proficiency in handling, analyzing, and managing data within databases to support project activities and reporting needs.
- Data Analysis and Report Creation : Ability to interpret and analyze data to generate clear, informative reports that support decision-making and track project progress.
- MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) Experience : Hands-on experience with MECM for deploying, managing, and securing applications across endpoints.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence : Familiarity with these tools to effectively track project tasks, collaborate with team members, and document project information.
