Job description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at UniUni , you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential brand partners to drive new business opportunities. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality leads that contribute to UniUni’s revenue growth by creating valuable sales opportunities.

You will utilize a multi-channel outreach approach , including email, LinkedIn, calls, and industry events , to engage key decision-makers and qualify prospects for the sales team.

This role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to make a significant impact in the logistics and e-commerce space .

Requirements

Related Work Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation , preferably in logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B industries .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, qualified leads).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce ) and sales engagement tools .

Formal Education or Equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications , or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills —ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers .
  • Excellent prospecting and research abilities —skilled in identifying and reaching high-value targets .
  • Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking .
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales & marketing teams .
  • Data-driven mindset —capable of analyzing metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact tasks .
