• Implement safe work methods based on industry best practices
• Participate in continuous improvement projects (VAP, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, new product introduction, etc.).
• Analyze and optimize workstations to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Participate in risk analyses of equipment and workstations
• Work closely with production, logistics, manufacturing engineering and other teams.
