In this role you will engage in various processes anddeliverables within the project life cycle including articulatingbusiness requirements defining user acceptance testing andsupporting multiple stakeholders.
You will collaborate with serviceowners benefits administrators and management across multiplelocations to support large corporate clients ensuring exceptionalbenefits administration and customerservice.

Responsibilities :
Identify impacts to the clients.
Manage endtoend pre and postenrollment reporting analysis andupdates.
Collaborate withinternal team members and stakeholders for status updates andclient issue resolution.
Createhandover documentation and transition changes forsignoff.
Contribute to enrollmentprojectlevel deliverables.
Proactively share information and foster continued learning withinthe team.
Seek ways to improveand streamline work processes and servicedelivery.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Bachelors degree preferred.
2years of data analysisexperience.
Proficiency inintermediate / advanced Microsoft Excel andSQL.
Proficiency in MicrosoftAccess Visual Basic programming Macros VBA (nice tohave).
Thorough knowledge ofanalysis techniques.
Familiaritywith standard electronic files.
Familiarity with Benefits Administration Systems (Vital Objects)(nice to have).
Knowledge ofgroup benefits and benefits administration (nice tohave).
