Your new role

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the BDD will be responsible for leading, prioritizing, and executing operations for a group of yards in B.C. The BDD would be accountable for the expansion of a profitable customer base as well as the implementation of systems and processes that support the achievement of thepany objectives.

Working in a very fast-paced environment where things can change on a daily basis. We are looking for a hands-on BDD, who would prioritize and evolve strategical and tactical initiatives, inspiring and mentoring internal talent.

What you’ll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have a :

• Minimum of 5 years in high managerial roles.
• Experience in the metal industry.
• Experience leading projects for differentpanies
• Strongmunication, sales, and negotiation skills
• MS Office Suite
• Influential leadership and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
