The successful incumbent will be responsible for achieving business growth on an existing book of business and retaining an existing book of business. The incumbent will have a choice to work out of Vaughan or North York Paisley Partner locations.RESPONSIBILITIES : Respond promptly to telephone, email and fax enquiries, ensuring a high level of service is maintainedRenewal review, recommendations, comparison quotes and remarket when neededTotal account sales awareness, cross sell and up sell as much as possibleAction all renewals, endorsements and claimsProcess change requests on EPIC / company portals, when neededReview all endorsements (and renewals, if necessary)Issue in-house endorsements and new business on company portals, when neededRelease renewals after making appropriate changes, when neededScan and attach documents to EPICQuote cross sells and up sell as much as possibleIssue pink slips when needed in addition to completing miscellaneous duties as assignedPrepare new business documents to be sent for signatures, etc.Report order : MVR, Autoplus / DASH, HITSSupport other members of the team when neededREQUIREMENTS : Minimum 5 years insurance experienceEPIC brokerage system experienceR.I.B.O license requiredStrong knowledge of insurance carriersSuperb interpersonal, communication, and effective problem-solving skills Ability to be a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skillsAdvanced skills in MS Outlook, Word and ExcelNavacord is actively committed to support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
