Key Responsibilities :
Perform standard bookkeeping tasks including daily financial entries and GST filing.
Manage source deductions and prepare monthly and yearend reports.
Conduct account reconciliations and assist with payroll processing.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage analyze and report financial data.
Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.
Requirements
Qualifications :
35 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Sage accounting software.
Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly outgoing attitude.
Selfmotivated detailoriented and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
