Job description

A well-established company in the manufacturing and distribution sector, providing high-quality solutions to a diverse clientele. With peak activity in the spring and summer, the customer service team is looking for an additional representative to support operations during this busy period.

This position is temporary until the end of August, with the potential for a permanent role depending on business needs and the candidate’s fit with the team.

Location : St-Bruno-de-Montarville

Duration : Temporary contract until the end of August (possibility of extension or permanent position)

Start Date : As soon as possible

Schedule : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Work Mode : 100% on-site (occasional remote work may be considered)

Salary : $50,000 to $55,000 per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage orders accurately in the internal system;
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery times, and necessary adjustments;
  • Ensure order accuracy and compliance with company policies;
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally;
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service;
  • Support the team during this high-demand season and adapt to changing priorities.

    Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and order management (experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus);
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy;
  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment;
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French (spoken and written);
  • Experience with an ERP system is a plus (training will be provided if necessary).
