Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration , or a related field. Background in both computer science and business studies is preferred. 5+ years of professional development experience in an enterprise environment. Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration between IT and business teams . Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel) and visualization software ( Power BI, Tableau, Qlik ). Experience with application development in languages like C# and Java is a plus. Prior experience in large-scale retail IT environments .
We are looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst to drive technical change, enhance operational efficiency, and bridge the gap between technology, supply chain, and retail operations . In this role, you will collaborate across departments to develop, integrate, and support enterprise-wide applications , ensuring seamless functionality for both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the identification, planning, development, and implementation of technical solutions.
- Act as a liaison between retail operations, supply chain, and IT teams , ensuring technology aligns with business needs.
- Improve operational efficiency by implementing and integrating enterprise-wide applications.
- Analyze data , identify process improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance retail operations.
- Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend technological investments.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform systems analysis and design , delivering technical solutions that drive business success.
- Evaluate and recommend IT systems, tools, and software aligned with company goals.
- Plan and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of IT solutions.
