Role :
The Rentals Administrator will perform rental and fleet administration for our Water Transfer Division. Reporting to the Controller, this role blends tracking, management, and reporting to minimize costs.
Job Duties
End-to-end vendor relationship management, including vendor onboarding and set-up, communication on invoicing and outstanding payables, monitoring of payment terms and creditIncludes Purchase Orders for materials / services prior to them being delivered to or provided for Aureus.Tracking current and returned rentalsDaily review of vehicle alerts / status via GeotabReview pre-trips dailyMaintenance and KM trackingFile de-mob and pre-mob inspections for jobs, note any maintenance and deficiencies and communicate these to the appropriate positionThree-way matching of purchase orders (“POs”) to invoices to flag and resolve discrepanciesRouting and management of the approval process to comply with internal control requirements and approval deadlinesOngoing reconciliation of vendor statements to internal accounting recordsTimely and accurate data entry and coding of invoice information to the systemAssist with month-end and closing out rental PO’sOther duties as requiredJob Requirements
Experience & Training
A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field of study is an assetRelevant accounts payable experienceKnowledge of accounting ERP software, field service software and invoice processing softwareSkills & Expectations
