Job Description
Reporting to the Concierge and Reception Manager, the Receptionist's main duties will be to :
- Greet guests on arrival, escorting them to their rooms and providing basic information about the hotel and their stay.
- Take reservations over the phone, and process those from the online reservation system appropriately.
- Check guests out and process payment. Ensure that their stay lives up to their expectations.
- Answer customers' questions by phone and e-mail.
- Ensure 5-star service and in line with Relais & Châteaux standards at all times.
