About the role : In the real estate and leasing sector, under the supervision of the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and excellence of operations related to customer service and the rental management of the entire real estate portfolio. Customer service is available 24 / 7.

Plan, manage, and supervise teams and subcontractors within your division (customer experience, leasing, marketing, branding, move-ins, credit checks, etc.).Oversee rent invoicing (commercial and residential), debt collection processes, and bad debt management.Supervise the leasing process, lease renewals, rent negotiations, and contract modifications in compliance with regulations.Handle legal cases (Housing Tribunal, formal notices, complex complaints, agreements).Plan and maintain promotional and marketing activities for clients.Maintain an efficient, autonomous, and engaged team.Manage personnel under your supervision (hiring, disciplinary actions, evaluations, leaves, absences).Annually negotiate supplier and subcontractor contracts to optimize costs and service quality.Identify material and human resource needs to ensure division performance.Collaborate with Maintenance, Projects, Operations, Procurement, and IT divisions.Propose and implement equipment and software to improve customer service.What You Need to Succeed :
University degree (preferably in administration)3 to 6 years of experience in customer service management or real estate.Strong negotiation and complex case management skills.Keen interest in the legal field.Experience with the Housing Tribunal.Proficiency in standard IT tools (Internet, Microsoft Office Suite) and Hopem software.Fluency in English required to communicate with English-speaking clients.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Valid driver’s license (travel required within Québec City).Why Recruit Action?
