Job description

Adecco is currently seeking a result-driven Electrical Counter Sales Associate to join their team in Oakville, ON. This is a Temporary to possibly permanent role offering an hourly wage of $20. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full sales process, from order initiation to execution, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will play an integral role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Pay rate : $20 / hour.
  • Location : Oakville, ON
  • Shifts : Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm
  • Job type : Temporary to possibly permanent | Full-time

    • Responsibilities :

  • Providing exceptional customer service at the counter and via phone.
  • Taking orders, answering product-related inquiries, and ensuring smooth order execution.
  • Receiving payments and confirming stock availability.
  • Suggesting alternatives when items are out of stock.
  • Picking, receiving, and shipping duties when required.
  • Participating in regular cycle counts and annual inventory.
  • Maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
  • Adhering to Health & Safety procedures and practices.
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

    • Requirements :

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Proven experience in counter sales or customer service, preferably in the Electrical Supply industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices.
