Job description

Are you ready to take off into new opportunities and a limitless future?Nolinor is looking for a motivated and daring person to join its team! As a Project Coordinator – Aircraft Maintenance, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring and optimizing maintenance projects for our fleet. You will ensure efficient operations while meeting the highest deadlines, budgets and safety standards while maximizing fleet availability.

Your key responsibilities

Management and optimization of maintenance projects

Develop and manage

short-, medium- and long-term

maintenance plans.

Ensure an

optimal allocation of resources

human, material, tools, logistics).

Analyze

risks and constraints

and propose solutions to minimize the impact on operations.

Leadership and coordination of teams

Work closely with technical teams, maintenance, operations and management.

Ensure

effective communication

between different stakeholders to maximize productivity and performance.

Process optimization and innovation

Implement

performance indicators

to measure the effectiveness of projects.

Automate and optimize processes by leveraging project management tools and innovative

technology solutions .

Contribute to the continuous improvement of work methods to increase aircraft availability and safety.

Your profile

  • Diploma in Project Management;
  • At least two years of experience in project management, planning, or a similar role;

Planning, budget management and value for money skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (advanced Excel, Airtable, etc.)

Bilingual (French and English), essential to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with "No code / low code" platforms (an asset).

Experience in the aviation industry (an asset)
