Duties and Responsibilities :
Provides reception, scanning and general operations support;Make arrangements for couriers and book boardrooms;Regularly unload the dishwashers, order groceries, and stock fridges / pantries;Coordinate with caterers to place large and / or multiple orders, and help set-up catering events;Printing, photocopying, and binding documents as well as sorting and distributing mail;Attend to outgoing mail and couriers;Maintain tidies and restock common areas such as the kitchen and board rooms;Reconcile reception’s corporate credit card on a monthly basis;Organizing and maintain supply room;Additional duties as assigned.Requirements :
5+ years of experience working as a administrator / receptionist in a corporate environment;2 years of catering and / or event planning experience;Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams);Professional and welcoming demeanor;Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;Demonstrative customer service skills;Ability to work well in a team; andExcellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.How To Apply :
