Job description

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position will focus on managing MAPEI Canada's web presence, social media platforms and coordinating digital marketing initiatives. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with the rest of the digital division of the marketing department to maintain the company's digital assets, manage distributor and partner requests, and ensure a consistent and engaging online brand experience.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Web (50%) : Update and maintain the company's website using a content management system (CMS).Ensure content is up-to-date, valid, and compliant with brand standards.Collaborate with the digital team to improve the layout and functionality of the website.Social media (30%) : Develop and implement social media strategies that support overall marketing objectives.Create, schedule and publish content on the various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).Monitor and engage with the public, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.Partner and distributor support (20%) : Act as the primary point of contact for digital marketing requests from distributors and partners.Ensure the update and delivery of digital assets (banners, product information, etc.) in a timely manner.To address and resolve any issues or requests for digital content from external partners.Administration (10%) : Contribute to the coordination between departments for the timely execution of digital strategies.Contribute to brainstorming and creative discussions for digital marketing initiatives.Research competitors' and market's digital strategies and provide insights in order to improve digital presence.All other administrative tasks that may be approved by the Marketing Director.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication.A relevant combination of work and education experience may also be considered.Years of experience : 1-3 years in website, community, and client management.Written and spoken languages : French and English.Knowledge of office software : Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics.Knowledge of technical software : CMS navigation (Sitefinity, Wordpress, Shopify), an asset.Social media management platforms (HootSuite, Sproot), an asset.Social media platforms for businesses (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is an asset.Autonomy and sense of planning and organizationAttention to detail and analytical ability.Time and priority management and is able to work under pressure.CreativityLeadership, sense of innovation, team spirit, business knowledge, customer service and proactivity.
