Job Summary
Reporting to the Data & Analytics Team Lead, the Data Analyst will be a key member of the Connexall Data and Analytics Team. This role involves interpreting data, analyzing results, and developing reports and visualizations to provide actionable insights for various business units. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, technical, critical thinking, and communication skills, and excel in collaborative environments, whether working with small or large teams. Primary Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to GlobeStar’s ISO-13485-2016 Quality Management System, as well as all relevant operating procedures and work instructions.
- Work closely with engineers and scientists to plan and design Analytics solutions.
- Partner with internal and external business units to collect and document analytic requirements.
- Leverage data and model outputs provided by engineers to deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI, presenting results to non-technical stakeholders through clear, actionable reports.
- Provide constructive feedback to engineers and scientists on missing or inaccurate data that impacts the quality of analyses and models.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate complex models into practical business insights.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, related field.A master’s degree is a plus.Minimum two years of experience in data analysis or a related role.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.Familiarity with programming languages, including Python or R.Knowledge of statistical and predictive modeling techniques.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an asset.Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop or Spark is a plus.Certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Data Analyst Associate are advantageous.Understanding of database management systems and querying.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.Other duties as required.Benefits
