Business Analyst / Project Manager

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting firm, is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our IT team in supporting the EAM RPI2 projects.Responsibilities : Perform Project Management duties for multiple streams of EAMRPI2 projects.Work with multiple project streams of EAMRPI2 to understand the scope, schedule, and deliverables of each stream.Track the progress of each EAMRPI2 project streams and generate monthly status reports and prepare presentations.Setup meetings with business clients for workshops, prepare agenda, manage the meetings, confirm the action items and maintain meeting notes.Create / update requirements documentation and other communication tools like emails.Assist with the User Acceptance Testing of multiple EAMRPI2 projects.Generate reports requested by the EAMRPI2 program manager.Participate in Agile / Scrum and be a part of the working team.Requirements : 5+ years of experience working in IT as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or Business System Analyst on a software system.Experience with software development methodologies and project management principles.Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal contacts.Provide advice and assistance on matters related to the work.Communicate effectively orally and in writing.Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision, although direction will be given.Maintain confidentiality.If you have this expertise, and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
