What we are looking for :

The primary role of the Advisor is to deliver GHD Advisory’s services to our clients pertaining to the area of expertise (or further afield as opportunities dictate). The Advisor is a project delivery role that assists senior staff through carrying out professional service tasks of appropriate scope and complexity. This includes but is not limited to the project delivery efforts for the Business Group and supporting the Business to expand and increase market penetration.

What you will do :

  • Conduct detailed analyses of current fleet operations to identify opportunities for zero-emission vehicle integration and by quantifying environmental benefits and energy requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive fleet transition plans focusing on zero and low-emission vehicle adoption.
  • Utilize Excel and Power BI for advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including creating business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and return on investment calculations for zero-emission fleet initiatives.
  • Research and identify relevant grants, funding opportunities, and rebates applicable to zero-emission vehicle projects.
  • Present the fleet transition plan finding to clients in a clear and logical manner through presentations, workshops, and reports.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, including technical writing, creative graphics, and organized presentation of information.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, and fleet management teams to design and implement zero-emission fleet strategies.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate project progress, outcomes, and proposals.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and expansion of the decarbonization program by identifying areas for improvement and devising innovative solutions.
  • Technical delivery of discipline area projects and other Advisory engagements
  • Provides inputs for tenders, bids and opportunity-related pursuits
  • Support the development of the discipline area, with a priority focus on priority market sectors for Advisory
  • Works with Executive and Senior Advisors to shape service offerings and form relationships with potential clients.
  • Contribution to projects across the broader advisory business as required.
  • Building effective relationships within GHD
  • Supporting other Advisory teams with infrastructure-related investment advice, advice on operating decisions, and the delivery of projects and proposals associated with economic regulation.
  • Coordinate team members on technical engagements
  • Preparing concise, accurate and focused written analysis, recommendations and presentations
