Rebus Project Manager Longbow Advantage is an end-to-end warehousing strategy company that leverages real-time data to manage people, processes, and warehouses through The Rebus® Platform and consulting services purpose-built to expand and enhance warehouse technologies.

Our warehouse experts work with customers to understand challenges and goals, developing a recommendation that’s aligned to the customer’s business objectives and supply chain initiatives.

What to expect The Rebus Project Manager will lead projects focused on Labor Management and Data Analytics, actively engaging in discovery, scoping, timeline management, budgeting, and technology deployment.

This role requires close collaboration with customer stakeholders to define objectives, align on success criteria, and track project progress against the established plan.

Responsibilities Oversee project charters, team structures, project plans, metrics, and ROI. Facilitate project status meetings, ensuring team accountability and adherence to timelines.

Ensure project quality to achieve customer satisfaction. Guide customers through change management processes and training.

Resolve project issues related to budget, timeline, scope, or technology; escalate when necessary. Provide regular project updates to the VP of Services.

Support in generating Statements of Work (SOW) and customer proposals. Participate in team resource planning and revenue forecasting.

Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years managing projects in complex supply chain environments. Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

Knowledge of Labor Management Systems, Business Intelligence tools, or other Supply Chain Software systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, automation systems, basic database structures).

Experience in distribution operations / warehousing. Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management tools. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
