At the present looking to hire an Estimator for their builder side.Your new roleAs the Estimator you will report directly into the Estimating Manager and work alongside a professional and close knit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing customisation, pricing and other pre-construction related duties for a variety of residential builds (Bungalows, Front Attached, Laned, Side by side, etc). Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside a variety of departments within the organisation to ensure the success of projects.What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will have past experience in the residential construction market (architecture, esimating, etc.). This candidate can come from either a single family (production or custom), multi-family or commercial construction background.
