Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to s upport, design, develop, and implement software for business banking salesforce ecosystems -
Location Address : Toronto- Hybrid (once every three weeks subject to change to bank requirements.)
Contract Duration : 6 months (High Chance of Extension)
Scheduled Hours : Mon-Fri 37.5 hours a week
Story Behind the Need
- Business group : The Commercial Global Engineering team is responsible for the end-to-end Commercial CRM ecosystem utilizing Salesforce CRM, and onboarding commercial clients.
- Project / Initiative : The project overall is commercial onboarding and providing a loan to those commercial customers.
It's an ongoing project with multiple enhancements and new features that come in. The business line is seeking a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Salesforce, who will be responsible for ideation support, design, development, and implementation of software to ensure continuous improvement and evolution in the Business Banking Salesforce ecosystem.
The team works on an adjudication platform for in case individuals who don't know what Encino is. It's an adjudication platform for customers.
The project has been in production for the last 3 years. This is a pretty mature team that the individual will be going in to work with.
Daily responsibilities :
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Direct day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with our risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits and communicate it throughout the team.
- Create an environment in which your team pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations concerning risk and compliance
- Build software for bank Commercial Customers and bank Employee
- Participate in the planning / analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancement
- Ensure availability of the Salesforce platform and resolve application issues
- Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices
- Collaborate to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Must have :
- 10 + years of experience in gathering requirements for Salesforce features and functionality, including integration-related work with Salesforce systems
- 10+ years of experience with Salesforce platforms and their functionalities (Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.)
- 10 + years of experience building / configuring out-of-the-box features / functionality leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (e.g., user setup and management, page layout configuration, etc.)
- 10+ years of experience of planning / analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancement
- You are an accredited Salesforce Administrator (Administrator or Advanced Administrator)

Education and Certifications :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent required.
Best vs. Average Candidate
The best candidate would be someone who has previous Financial Industry experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-driven, can be the bridge between the business and technology team and has the must-have requirements.
Interview :
- 1 round panel, 30 minutes - video call (Technical & situational questions) with HM & Technical BSA and Dev team
- Team will be assessing both soft skills and technical skills
