We are seeking a dynamic Professional Services Consultant with deep expertise in Quadient Inspire to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical authority on both internal and external projects, driving successful outcomes through strategic collaboration and technical leadership.

Your role in our future :

  • Serve as the day-to-day technical expert on external and internal projects and engagements.
  • Work with senior decision-makers to apply cutting-edge technology to solve significant business problems.
  • Provide project leadership and mentoring to team members.
  • Participate in business development activities, including presenting products and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare statements of work (SOWs) and pricing.
  • Lead meetings with project stakeholders to align resources and prioritize projects to maximize business results.
  • Funnel product innovation concepts to product managers.
  • Participate in Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) audits, leveraging experience to ensure compliance with quality and security standards.

Your profile :

  • Strong background in business process re-engineering practices and methodologies.
  • Extensive experience leading enterprise-level engagements in analytics, technology, and enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to analyze customer specifications, work practices, and business needs to develop optimal solutions.
  • Demonstrated capability in creating and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Proven ability to negotiate resources and priorities with multiple stakeholders to achieve business results.
  • Experience developing creative solutions to business challenges using business and technology expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Math, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience as a Professional Services Consultant in project management, customer management, or sales engineering, with at least five (5) years working with Quadient Inspire .
  • Expertise in Customer Communication Management (CCM) industries.
  • Advanced proficiency with Quadient Inspire , including the following certifications :
  • Inspire Scaler (Basic and Advanced)
  • Inspire Content Manager
  • Inspire Interactive
  • Inspire Dynamic Communications
  • Inspire Designer (Basic, Advanced, and Scripting)

    • Additional Requirements :

  • Willingness to travel to the company’s office in Canada and to various customer sites in Canada and throughout the United States (approximately 35%).
  • Option to work from home is available.

    • This position has a salary range of : $135,100.00 - $202,700.00.
