Ignite Technical is growing and we are on the hunt for an Account Manager to join our team. This role will put you in the drivers’ seat of an existing portfolio of active clients with an expectation you build your tribe out from there.

Compensation and Benefits : We pay a fixed salary that increases over time, in addition to a generous commission structure (with no top-end), and a bonus system for top-performers. We also provide a generous amount of paid-time-off , which increases with both tenure and performance. Your cell-phone and gym-membership will both be covered and our annual team-trip to somewhere sunny (and all-inclusive) is always a great time!
Work Location Details : We are primarily Work-from-Home but occasional (1-2 times per month) onsite work may be required. Many of the team come into the office (a.k.a. the Clubhouse) more frequently to hang out with their teammates in-person, as well. That team dynamic is important to us, so we’re looking for local Candidates only who can meet up with the rest of the team in-person from time to time, so only Candidates who are currently in BC will be considered for this role.
