Construction Scheduler
Our client is seeking to hire a skilled Construction Scheduler to develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to established procedures and best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and recommending proactive solutions to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, create, and maintain detailed project schedules, adjusting as needed to reflect actual progress.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular weekly / monthly status reports.
- Collaborate with project management teams to identify and mitigate risks, forecast potential schedule disruptions, and actively participate in problem-solving.
- Conduct site inspections to verify reported progress and resolve any discrepancies.
- Generate short-term lookahead schedules to facilitate effective planning.
- Analyze and predict completion dates, identifying any potential deviations.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes and events through "what-if" analysis.
- Maintain historical data on construction activities and production rates.
- Provide planning and scheduling input for contract administration.
Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning within the construction industry.University degree or equivalent experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Synchro preferred.Experience with Procore is a plus.Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions.Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.Collaborative team player with a proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
