Position Overview

Our client, a fast-growing tech company , is looking to hire a Director of Technical Operations with GCP experience to lead and scale IT, Tier 1 Help Desk, and DevOps teams while driving infrastructure growth and operational excellence.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll own and grow multiple IT teams, optimize cloud infrastructure (GCP), enhance DevOps processes, and foster collaboration across teams. You’d be responsible for mentoring teams, managing infrastructure costs, collaborating with engineering leadership, and ensuring scalability to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leading Technical Operations & DevOps teams , fostering collaboration and innovation
• Ensuring high availability & scalability of infrastructure (2x max workload without intervention)
• Implementing best practices for infrastructure, security, and operations
• Working with GCP, Jenkins, Terraform, and automation tools
• Managing cross-functional initiatives & optimizing operational costs
• Driving process improvements, sprint-based execution, and performance tracking
