As a Manager, Turnaround Procurement you will lead our Turnaround Procurement team based at our refinery in Saint John, NB. You will work in collaboration with the contract and procurement teams and use your project management expertise to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services for turnaround events.
The Turnaround Contracts & Procurement Manager is a leadership position that has responsibility and accountability for performing the leadership, behavioral, and functional requirements according to the competency framework in the areas of planning, reporting, contract management, category management, purchasing policies and methodologies, change management, contract law and management, negotiating, consulting, and project management. This position is required to be present on site amongst construction and project management staff and, during a turnaround event, will be required on site for extended hours.
