Job description

Are you seeking an Office Manager role in the Burlington area? Do you have a strong administrative background along with experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll? If so, we’d love to connect with you!

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in both accounting and administration. You will be highly organized and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.

Monday to Friday

Fully In Office

8 am - 4 : 30 pm

Responsibilities

Administer employee benefits

Record journal entries for accounts receivable and accounts payable

Process accounts payable transactions

Handle government remittances

Reconcile accounts at month-end

Prepare shipping documents for international shipments

Process accounts receivable invoices

Enter payroll data using Payworks

Perform bank reconciliations

Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and flexibility. The ideal candidate will be capable of multitasking effectively and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
