On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking an Intermediate Lead Business Analyst for a nine (9) month engagement based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This role will require consultant to travel to sites throughout the lower mainland and sunshine coast of British Columbia.
Business Analyst Job Details
- The Lead Intermediate Business Analyst to lead the overall new mobile device rollout effort.
- Setting up all new mobile devices with the Procura image
- Packaging the new mobile devices for onsite distribution
- Updating internal inventory records which document which staff have been assigned to which hardware
- Scheduling 1900 staff including appoint reminders to come one site to receive new devices and to complete device setup
- Going onsite swapping out CHW current phones (approx. 1900 in total) with the new mobile device and completing device setup including enrolling them in MFA and Exchange Online
- Provide onsite support to ensure all applications including Procura are working before going back onto the field
- Over 85% of the CHW mobile phone devices are at the end of their support cycle and need to be replaced.
- These CHW devices also need to be setup so that their email account can be moved to Microsoft Exchange Online (which includes Microsoft Authenticator).
