The Role : Key responsibilities of a portfolio administrator include :
Supporting the senior portfolio manager and liaising with HNW clientsAssisting in the development and construction of investment portfoliosThe maintaining and monitoring investment portfoliosPortfolio reviews and rebalancingPrepare financial plans and accurate financial reports / statements for HNW clienteleConduct in-depth analysis of financial data and capital marketsSupport the PM team in providing sound investment advice for that meet the investment goals of the clientProcessing investment orders received from portfolio managers, including buying and selling securities.Verifying that all transactions and positions in a portfolio are accurately reflected in the system.Maintaining detailed records of all portfolio holdings, including prices, quantities, and transaction dates.Generating reports for clients detailing portfolio performance, holdings, and other relevant information.Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policiesCoordinating with custodians to settle trades and maintain accurate account balancesAnalyzing portfolio data to identify discrepancies and potential issuesAs the ideal candidate you possess :
A minimum of three years Portfolio Administration experience or equivalent within a retail or investment environmentThough not necessary, preference given to candidates with CIM or CFA designationExcellent understanding of capital markets and investment productsSuperior attention to detail and are highly numerically inclinedAre adept at analyzing and synthesizing complex financial data and drawing logical investment solutions from its findingHave excellent people skillsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsA desire to continuously learn and contribute in a meaningful way to the team while maintaining a sense of fun and levityStrong interpersonal skills and an ability to work independently and collaboratively - Everyone participates in the team’s success!The Remuneration : Commensurate with experience and education our client is offering a competitive compensation plan which includes a base salary, bonus, and benefits.
