About Us :

FB Education Services is an Alberta Education-accredited early childhood services provider offering early intervention programs for children in Calgary and Strathmore.

The Opportunity :

Join our team as a Brain Development Technician, supporting children receiving Program Unit Funding (PUF) and Mild / Moderate (M / M) funding. Work alongside therapists and educators to implement individualized intervention plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Responsibilities :

Implement personalized intervention plans.
Provide hands-on support in daycare / preschool settings.
Monitor and document children"s progress.
Collaborate with educators and families to adapt materials.
Attend team meetings and professional development.

Requirements :

1+ year of experience and / or education in child development or behavior.

Experience working with children with diverse needs.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Recent police clearance and Child Intervention Record Check.

First Aid & CPR (preferred).

Training & Work Environment :

Active role requiring occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs) and movement.

Exposure to noisy / disruptive behavior and childhood illnesses.
