Title : Procurement Analyst, CTCHO Analyst

Description : We have a Contractor opportunity available as an SCM Upstream Analyst to provide day to day procurement support during planned turnarounds at our oilsands assets.

• Responsible to complete the daily inventory run to purchase requisitions for re-stock and work order requirements.
• Responsible to source materials for inventory, maintenance and operations utilizing the RFQ process in SAP
• Review and process quotes received from suppliers, including price, delivery, Inco terms, material verification.
• Support the "hot seat" procurement though co-management of a shared procurement email inbox.
• Work with planners and other site personnel to gather additional information about requests, as required
• Expedite orders needed in a more timely fashion or that are past due.
• Accountable to company visions, values, and business strategies
• Accountable for adherence to the SCM policies
• SAP experience is desired, and preferred
