Position Overview
We are seeking a legal professional with law firm experience with an interest in HR and Recruiting to join our team as a Legal Recruiting Consultant . This role is a 13month maternity leave contract with the potential to become permanent depending on company performance and other factors. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your legal experience while expanding your HR and recruiting expertise.
Note : Torontobased candidates must be available to work hours aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
As a Recruiter at Arlyn Recruiting you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities and collaborating with senior team members. You will utilize our industryleading Applicant Tracking System (ATS) AI tools and other technologies to enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities will include sourcing processing and evaluating candidates conducting interviews managing job postings and contributing to the success of our recruiting projects.

Qualifications
25 years of HR and recruiting experience in a recruiting agency or law firm .
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Excellent communication emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits
2.5% commission on each placement worked on.
Candidates must have fast internet and a modern phone .
